Results from a recently released study in the UK confirms what most people on the planet already know — men are much more willing to have sex on the first date than women are.

From the Metro UK:

Men are four times as likely as women to be up for sleeping together on the first date, while women are twice as a likely as men to say they’d prefer to wait until they’re in love before having sex with someone.

When it comes to age, however, it’s older men who are more up for first date sex than millennials. While 27% of 18 to 24 year old men would get it on on the first date, this number increases to more than three in ten among men aged between 35 and 44.

For women, meanwhile, when age increases so does the focus on love. Almost a third of women aged 55 and over wouldn’t sleep with a new partner until they were in love with them, versus only 13% of men of the same age.

Shocking, right? More on this study can be found in this month’s issue of No Shit? magazine.
